Position: Sous Chef job

About: Marriott St. Louis Grand is looking for an accountable individual to oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. This position involves managing all food-related functions and supervising kitchen areas to uphold quality standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
