Position: Sous Chef job
About: Home Team BBQ is seeking talented Sous Chefs to join their culinary team in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and cost control measures are met. This position involves overseeing Back of House operations, leading labor management, maintaining service flow, and upholding company standards independently or in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Culinary Operations team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 5 years’ experience as a chef/line cook; Serve Safe Certified; ability to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction; proficiency in Word and Excel; physical ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, lift at least 40 lbs, carry trays, and cope with mental and emotional stress of the position; leadership skills to supervise culinary staff
