About: Tucson Marriott University Park is seeking a Sous Chef to join Atrium SPIRIT, where teamwork, passion, and appreciation drive service excellence. The Sous Chef is responsible for maintaining the quality, consistency, and cost efficiency of all kitchen meals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of culinary experience, supervisory experience preferred; extensive knowledge of menu development, marketing insight, cost and wage controls; thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparations; Culinary Certification preferred; ServSafe Certification required
