Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: Three or more years kitchen management experience as Sous Chef or Lead Cook; College or culinary training and extensive cooking experience; Demonstrated leadership, team development, and retention skills; Extensive knowledge of fine-dining menus, food preparation, and presentation techniques; Strong communication and organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and restaurant software; Basic math and business reporting skills; Understanding of kitchen equipment use and maintenance; Ability to anticipate and resolve problems under pressure; Experience in hiring, training, and developing kitchen team members; ServSafe Certification or equivalent; Fluent English required, working knowledge of Spanish preferred
