Position: Sous Chef job

About: Aster Hotel is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the back-of-house operations, ensuring high-quality dishes and efficient kitchen processes.

Requirements: Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar volume-based culinary environment; Culinary training and professional experience managing all stations on the line; Food Serve Safe certification and familiarity with local sanitation regulations; Strong communication and collaboration skills; High school diploma or equivalent; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; Creativity in recipe development; Food handler’s certificate; Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
