Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience preferred; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification desirable
