Requirements: Experienced Chef with dynamic leadership attributes; ability to manage a team of 15+ cooks and 2-3 management-level sous; strong understanding of kitchen systems, inventory, scheduling, and ordering; creativity and problem-solving skills; mentorship abilities; financial acumen; maturity, organization, and punctuality; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
