About: This restaurant is seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to join their team and oversee kitchen operations in a high-volume dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining efficient back-of-house procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.

Requirements: At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment; strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, food/labor costs, and quality; excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; stable work history and strong work ethic; graduation from an accredited culinary program is a plus
