Requirements: At least 4 years of related progressive experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently; warm and friendly demeanor; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; willingness to attend meetings and trainings; maintain high grooming standards; problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential information; perform duties as assigned by management
