About: Hard Rock Casino Rockford is a gaming entertainment establishment seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee food preparation and ensure guest satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with front-of-the-house staff to achieve food service goals and maintain quality standards.
Requirements: Minimum of 8 years progressive food preparation experience or a culinary arts degree with 4 years of progressive food preparation experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role. Must obtain and maintain all required licenses and certifications, pass background checks and drug screenings, be at least 21 years old, willing to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts, and prior experience opening new properties/outlets is preferred.
