About: A renowned restaurant, Perry’s, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to uphold their exceptional standards and ensure a top-notch dining experience for guests. Requirements: At least 3 years’ restaurant chef experience required; fine dining setting preferred; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; understanding of recipe preparation, cooking, and knife handling skills; knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; ability to work effectively under pressure; positive attitude and self-motivation; basic mathematical skills required
