Position: Sous Chef job
About: Topgolf is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in delivering outstanding culinary experiences and leading the Kitchen Team in all venue culinary activities. The Sous Chef will supervise, train, and coach the team under the guidance of the Executive Chef to ensure top-quality culinary offerings for guests, as well as manage kitchen operations and maintain high standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years in culinary management; Proven ability to develop a culinary team; Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Physical abilities including standing, mobility, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, bending, and working in high-temperature conditions
