Position: Sous Chef job
About: Our fine dining restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for performing advanced food preparation and supervising the kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for the entire operation of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant; strong leadership and management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
