Requirements: At least 4 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, communicate effectively, multitask, and prioritize tasks; handle complex information and maintain confidentiality; participate in hotel meetings and trainings; comply with hotel standards and regulations; maximize productivity and problem-solving skills.
