Position: Sous Chef job
About: Wyoming Horse Racing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, maintain quality standards, and support the culinary team in delivering exceptional service.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Specialized culinary training; Food safety certification; Two (2) or more years of full-service, high-volume sous chef/kitchen management experience preferred
