Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in culinary roles; strong food preparation skills with a focus on quality and presentation; ability to lead kitchen staff effectively; excellent communication skills; knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures; ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary; good understanding of kitchen chemicals and proper handling procedures
