Position: Sous Chef job
About: San Francisco Proper Hotel is a landmarked, flatiron-style building located in San Francisco’s vibrant Mid-Market district. The hotel features captivating interiors by Kelly Wearstler, three distinct dining and cocktail settings, incredible rooftop views, and impeccable service and amenities. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
Requirements: 3 years’ experience in a similar position; Culinary Degree or equivalent experience; Experience successfully leading in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing demands; Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills; Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
