Position: Sous Chef job
About: A senior living community is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join their culinary team. The individual will be responsible for meal preparation, food safety procedures, and ensuring high culinary standards are maintained. The Cook will also oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef and contribute to training new staff members.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in food preparation and kitchen operations; knowledge of safe food-handling procedures; ability to follow sanitation guidelines; strong organizational and leadership skills
Benefits: Competitive pay rate of $25 – $28 per hour
