Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years’ experience managing the line in an upscale food-focused environment; Passion for food and community engagement; Ability to oversee service and food quality; Strong leadership skills to promote team development and achieve P&L goals; Effective communication and problem-solving abilities; Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work 50-55 hours per week
