Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: At least 3-4 years of overall kitchen experience in a full-service hotel; Experience in both Restaurant and banquet kitchen is required; Previous supervisory experience is a plus; Ability and willingness to work in all kitchen stations; Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
