About: Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar, known for its lively atmosphere and bold-flavored dishes inspired by Peruvian cuisine, is currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join their dynamic team. The Sous Chef will play a key role in menu planning, maintaining inventory, and upholding food service standards under the guidance of the Chef Partner, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and financial success in line with the restaurant’s high service standards and quality focus.

Requirements: Must have open shift availability without restrictions; Peruvian Cuisine experience (preferred); High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree preferred; Previous culinary experience; Preferred skills: basic math, excellent verbal communication; Positive attitude; Ability to speak and write English fluently
