Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Central Kitchen is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in daily operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, overseeing staff activities, and managing inventory levels for park deliveries and events.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 2 – 4 Years Related Culinary Experience; At Least 21 Years of Age; Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; California Food Handler’s Card; College or culinary training, or extensive cooking and production experience; Understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment; Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods; Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test; Ability to pass a background check; Driver’s License
