About: MILA, a Mediterranean-Asian restaurant concept under the RDG brand, opened in January 2020 in Miami Beach, offering guests a unique culinary experience in a sophisticated nightlife setting. RDG is a collective dedicated to excellence and sensory engagement, expanding into various concepts like AVA MediterrAegean, CASA NEOS, and MM, with upcoming projects including NOORA, Claudie, and more, aiming to create a network of exclusive venues in Florida.
Requirements: College degree/Culinary school degree preferred, but not necessary; Minimum 2 years in a kitchen managerial role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant; Must have computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.)
