Position: Sous Chef job
About: Pacifica Hotels is actively seeking a Sous Chef at Jamaica Bay Inn, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The Sous Chef will work closely with the team to provide quality food to all restaurant patrons, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a culinary role; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to plan menus, estimate food requirements, and manage food costs; knowledge of health department standards and regulations
