About: Sodexo at HCA Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Webster, TX is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and catering. Clear Lake Regional Medical Center is a 500-bed medical facility near the Texas coast and NASA.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of HACCP and kitchen operations; experience in menu planning and inventory management; ability to manage labor efficiently; track record of driving patient satisfaction
