Position: Sous Chef job
About: Landry’s is located at 633 Anton Blvd and is currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor / Cook to join their team. As a Sous Chef at Landry’s, you will lead the culinary team in creating innovative dishes, oversee food preparation and presentation, ensure quality and consistency in all menu items, collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes, train and mentor kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role preferred; strong culinary skills and creativity; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; excellent leadership and communication skills
