Position: Sous Chef job
About: Landry’s, a dining establishment located at 1 E Campus View Blvd, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor / Cook to join their culinary team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for leading the team in creating innovative dishes, overseeing food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and consistency in all menu items, collaborating with the Executive Chef on new recipes, training and mentoring kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; experience in a culinary role required; strong leadership and teamwork skills; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
