Position: Sous Chef job

About: Avolta, including Dufry, HMSHost Corporation, Hudson, and affiliates, is seeking a Sous Chef to assist with overseeing a kitchen with complex operations and managing food production processes. The position involves preparing, seasoning, and cooking food, supervising kitchen staff, and fulfilling other responsibilities as directed. This role reports to the Restaurant Chef and requires adherence to company and franchise standards, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; 3 to 5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; certification in Serve Safe Management course; team management, delegation, coaching skills, and ability to motivate others; strong organization, time management, and communication skills
