Position: Sous Chef job
About: Troon Golf, L.L.C. is looking for a detail-oriented Sous Chef to oversee and manage food preparation for a specific area of the kitchen in their restaurant. The ideal candidate will supervise and ensure the production of consistently high-quality food while adhering to established control procedures for cost and quality.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sous Chef or Chef preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations; ability to maintain quality and consistency in food production; excellent communication and leadership skills
