Position: Sous Chef job
About: Firebirds, an upscale dining restaurant and FIREBAR® is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to collaborate with the Executive Chef in managing back of house operations and food production. The Sous Chef oversees team members, handles administrative tasks, and ensures a high standard of quality in the kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years high volume, full service restaurant experience in a management position; warm, passionate, and committed to the industry; excellent communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure; self-motivated and disciplined with professional appearance; butchering experience preferred; scratch kitchen experience preferred
