Position: Sous Chef job

About: HMSHost, a leading provider of dining and shopping experiences for travelers in airports and motorways, is seeking a Sous Chef to assist with overseeing a kitchen with complex operations and managing food production processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements: High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma required; 3 to 5 years experience with kitchen operations and staff supervision; certification in Serve Safe Management certification course required; post-secondary culinary training preferred; brand certification a plus; team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate others and act as a change agent; organization and multi-project time/issue management; ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with individuals
