About: Landry’s is a restaurant located at 8112 East Coast Highway. They are currently looking for a Kitchen Supervisor / Cook. As a Sous Chef at Landry’s, you will lead the culinary team in creating innovative dishes, oversee food preparation and presentation, ensure quality and consistency in all menu items, collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes, train and mentor kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred; previous experience in a culinary leadership role; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and leadership skills
