Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two (2) years’ Sous Chef experience; supervisory experience preferred; must maintain current Food Services Sanitation certificate; Associates Degree in Culinary Arts preferred; competent in organizational and time management skills; must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
