Position: Sous Chef job
About: Landry’s, Inc. is seeking a Sous Chef to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a ‘Do Whatever It Takes Attitude’ and a hands-on, lead by example management style. The role involves assisting the Executive Chef in the management of all back of house staff in an upscale / fine dining kitchen at Landry’s, Inc.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience as a Sous Chef or Chef in an upscale dining setting preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
