About: The Capital Grille is seeking a talented Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in leading a team that delivers high-quality food, adheres to food safety procedures, and ensures profitability. The role focuses on enhancing the guest experience and maintaining excellence in menu execution within the upscale restaurant setting.

Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for optimal execution; stable job history reflecting career progression
