Position: Sous Chef job
About: Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, a renowned restaurant brand in Colorado, is seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join their dynamic team. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years in a food preparation position; experience in seafood handling and butchery; ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations efficiently; strong knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, Excel, Google Suite, and Electronic Order Entry; ServSafe Manager Certified; physical stamina to withstand the demands of a Sous Chef role, including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; integrity, intelligence, honesty, and a willingness to learn
