Position: Sous Chef job

The Sous Chef position at Thunderbird Senior Living involves working as the second in command in the kitchen, collaborating with the executive chef to create seasonal menus and meal designs.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices; good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs; teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities; experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups preferred; safe food handling techniques are required; ability to work flexible shifts
