About: The Sous Chef at this high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality food, ensuring food safety, and enhancing profitability. They contribute to building sales and guest count through exceptional team and guest experiences, ensuring menu excellence and quality management in all aspects of the job.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service passion; ability to develop teams; knowledge of systems contributing to great execution; stable job history showing career progression
