Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Assist Culinary Director in dietary department operations; Ensure highest quality of customer service; Orient and train new staff; Maintain proper food handling techniques and sanitation requirements; Communicate with residents during meals; Coordinate special events setup; Oversee dining room cleanliness and dietary equipment use; Carry out emergency procedures; Engage in prospective resident visits; Maintain regulatory compliance; Obtain and maintain Serve Safe Certification; Must work every other weekend
