Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment; Culinary degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts; Proven track record of successfully leading in a fast-paced culinary environment and prioritizing demands effectively; Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills; Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
