Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a Sous Chef; proficient in various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures; valid food handler’s card; willingness to work weekends and holidays; basic computer knowledge; experience in a high-volume kitchen; ability to work independently and as part of a team
