Position: Sous Chef job
About: Mani Osteria & Bar is a locally owned Italian restaurant known for its wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and commitment to genuine hospitality. We’re expanding our private event department with the launch of Mani Next Door, a dedicated event space designed to host large parties, celebrations, and gatherings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work efficiently in high-volume prep and event environments; effective team leadership and communication skills
