Position: Sous Chef job

About: Factor, a brand of HelloFresh, is seeking an experienced Sous-Chef responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations to ensure all food prepared meets the highest quality standards and follows company practices. The shift for this role is Thursday-Sunday 2:30 PM-1:00 AM, with off days on Monday-Wednesday. The Sous-Chef will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing hourly kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen security and upkeep, planning energy conservation procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety codes, and managing department priorities.

Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or related work experience; American Culinary Federation chef certification preferred; 1-3+ years’ experience in commissary kitchen and high-volume food preparation; Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
