Position: Sous Chef job
About: HMSHost is currently seeking a Sous Chef to assist with overseeing the kitchen operations and managing food production processes in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: High School diploma or general education development (GED) diploma required; 3 to 5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; certification in Serve Safe Management course; strong team management, delegation, issue resolution, and coaching skills; organization and multi-project time management abilities; proficient in communication and comprehension of instructions and policies
