Position: Sous Chef job
About: Bowlero is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring the preparation and cooking of food items meet company standards. This position reports to the Chef and assumes kitchen responsibilities in Chef’s absence.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue; current ServSafe certification required; strong team player and people developer with profit and loss capability; solid communication and organizational skills; ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
