About: The Post Oak is a full-service, high-volume dining establishment seeking a Culinary Manager to join their team. The role involves managing back-of-the-house operations, staff supervision, inventory control, and ensuring food and labor cost efficiencies while maintaining high product quality standards.
Requirements: At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment; strong knowledge and attention to detail on back-of-the-house operations including staff supervision, inventory controls, food and labor cost management, and product quality assurance.
