Position: Sous Chef job
About: Bowlero Corp is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join their team. This position involves supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food. The Kitchen Supervisor reports to the Chef and assumes responsibility for the kitchen in the Chef’s absence.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting preferred; ability to supervise and lead a team effectively; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; strong organizational and communication skills
