About: The Capital Grille, located in Norwalk, CT, is looking for a hospitality-focused and organized individual to join our team as a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and manage kitchen staff.
