Requirements: At least 21 years of age; a combination of education and experience supporting Sous Chef status; current negative TB test; knowledgeable in various regulatory standards for the kitchen; willing to learn to work in a healthcare/assisted living environment; ServeSafe certified or able to obtain within 60 days of hire; ability to pass a criminal record/background check; good time management skills; ability to work independently with little oversight
