Position: Sous Chef job

About: Firebirds, an upscale restaurant and FIREBAR located in various locations, is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Sous Chef to collaborate with the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will oversee all back of house operations, including food production, team supervision, and administrative tasks such as ordering and inventory management.

Requirements: 2 years high volume, full-service restaurant experience in a management position; warm, passionate, and committed to the industry; excellent communication skills; ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure; self-actualized and motivated; self-discipline; maintained professional appearance; butchering experience preferred; scratch kitchen experience preferred
